Only one account may be opened per mobile number or identity document. If multiple accounts are created, 22bt reserves the right to close all of them and forfeit the associated balances.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is the identity verification process. Before your first withdrawal, you'll need to submit a photo of your NID or birth registration certificate. This ensures security and keeps your funds protected. Verification is usually completed within 24 hours.

The minimum bet is ৳50 and the maximum varies by sport and market — generally up to ৳1,00,000. Limits may be slightly lower for live betting.

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, some matches offer a "Bet Edit" or "Cash Out" feature, which lets you partially or fully cash out your bet while the match is in progress.

If a match is cancelled or incomplete, the bet is marked as "void" and the full stake is returned to your account. For parlay bets, the voided leg is removed and the remaining selections are recalculated.

Live betting lets you place bets at real-time odds while a match is in progress. Odds update every few seconds depending on how the match unfolds. You can bet at any time as long as your account has sufficient funds.
