22bt Terms & Conditions — What You Need to Know Before You Start

1 Eligibility & Registration Requirements

To register with 22bt, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. If proof of age is requested, a National ID card or birth registration certificate must be submitted.
• You must register voluntarily and of your own free will — not under pressure or as a result of deception.
• All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• You confirm that online betting is not prohibited in your country or region of residence.
• You are not a professional athlete, referee, coach, or member of any sports organization where betting would create a conflict of interest.

If false information is provided during registration, 22bt reserves the right to close the account and forfeit any accumulated funds at any time.

2 Account Management

Each user may only hold one account. Creating multiple accounts is a direct violation of 22bt's policy.

• Keeping your account password secure is your responsibility. Never share your password with anyone.
• Sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, report it to 22bt support immediately.
• To update your account details (phone number, email), please contact support and complete identity verification.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more) may be automatically suspended.

3 Betting Policy & Rules

All bets on 22bt are governed by the following rules:

• Bets cannot be cancelled once confirmed, unless 22bt voids the bet due to a technical error.
• In the event of odds changes, the odds at the time the bet was placed will apply.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be processed in accordance with our policy. Stakes are generally refunded.
• Using bots, automated software, or any form of cheating will result in immediate account termination.
• Maximum bet limits vary by match and market. Any bet that exceeds the limit will be automatically rejected.
• In the case of an obvious odds error, 22bt reserves the right to void the bet.

22bt offers live betting, pre-match betting, and special betting markets. Each market may have its own rules, which are outlined on the betting page.

4 Payment Terms & Policy

All financial transactions on 22bt are governed by the following terms:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (bKash/Nagad/Rocket).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing time: typically between 30 minutes and 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same account number used for the deposit.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳50,000 (fifty thousand BDT).
• Withdrawals may be held pending account verification.

22bt does not charge any payment processing fees. However, your mobile banking provider may apply standard transaction fees.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

22bt offers a range of bonuses and promotions, each with its own specific terms:

• Welcome Bonus: Up to 100% on your first deposit. Wagering requirement: 10x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses are only settled after the main betting balance has been used.
• The validity period for bonuses is generally 30 days. Any unused bonus will be automatically removed once the period expires.
• Promotional codes can only be used once.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being terminated.
• 22bt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

6 Responsible Gaming Policy

22bt believes betting is for entertainment, not addiction. That's why we place the highest importance on Responsible Gaming:

• Deposit Limit: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time.
• Bet Limit: You have the option to set a maximum stake per bet.
• Cooling-Off Period: Your account can be temporarily suspended for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent self-exclusion can be requested for a minimum period of 6 months.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

22bt may suspend or permanently close an account under any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Opening multiple accounts or providing false information.
• If evidence of fraudulent activity, hacking, or system abuse is found.
• If there is suspicion of money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• By order of the relevant authorities.

Users may close their account at any time. Any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded after all active bets have been settled.

8 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with 22bt, please follow the process below:

1. Start by emailing support@22bt.im with full details of your issue.
2. The support team will respond within 48 hours.
3. If unresolved, the matter will be escalated to senior management.
4. A final decision will be communicated within a maximum of 14 business days.

22bt's decisions are considered final. International betting regulations apply to all disputes.

9 General Provisions

22bt reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
